This service is tailored for the time-starved Residential Builder who needs tendering and estimating services. I am an estimator who has been a designer and swung a hammer as a builder. Basically - Let me help you with the paper chase &  computer stuff which frees you to do the building. 

Residential Builder Services

The services can be modeled to suit your individual needs. Most residential builders are carpentry-driven, so we often produce a cutting list / Labour form of BOQ and rate accordingly. My service could include but not limited to, the following: 

  • Reviewing and coordinating documents;
  • Design management on D&C projects;
  • Cost planning on feasibility-type projects;
  • Site inspections and subcontractor meetings; 
  • Builders’ bills/estimating (Buildsoft Global, Cubit)
